A Free Energy Audit will be conducted of your facilities.
At this point we will present our findings and provide several options.
Install time varies depending on the scope of work. During the installation you will be kept informed via progress reports.
Once the install in complete we conduct a final inspection. We also make sure any rebates that are applicable are attained.
During the warranty period we will conduct annual inspections and any maintenance as needed.

For example, our LED lighting Retrofits come with a 5-10 year bumper-to-bumper warranty which includes all bulbs and labor. What we do is match our manufactures warranty with labor, therefore, if the bulb has a 10-year warranty then you are hassle-free for 10-years!
